Ways to care for your natural African virgin hair
Hi, I'm glad you checked in. It's been a while I posted on beauty tips, I promise to do this more often.
Following the recent "virgin hair" trend, more and more ladies have ditched using hair relaxers and are embracing the Afro look of an African un-permed hair.
Although the pain and difficulty associated with the management of the African virgin hair has discouraged some from continuing in this trend, yet many are on the journey of achieving that great natural Afro look with their virgin hair.

With this kind of hair, you'll most likely experience some of the following, especially because of the nature of our African hair;
Breakage
Dryness
Itching
Brittleness

I conducted a mini research on ladies and hair stylists on the best ways to care for virgin natural hair. Surprisingly all of them agreed on one thing... Natural Products. It's important to use natural products on your hair.
Here are some natural hair hacks you'll find helpful.
Hack 1: Moisturize. Your hair needs moisture to stay healthy. This would make it easier to comb. Wetting your hair with water is highly recommended, as well as regular washing.
Hack 2: You can moisturize with glycerine. Glycerine is a good moisturizer and will leave your hair soft and easy to comb.
Hack 3: Comb your hair with a wide tooth comb.
Hack 4: Use a recommended leave-on conditioner, this keeps the hair soft and easy to comb.
Hack 5: Olive oil is good for hair. It serves as a good moisturizer and keeps the hair soft and less brittle..
Hack 6: Air dry your hair instead of using heated dryers which burns away the little moisture in the hair..
