BANANA FACIAL MASK

The face is the frontal surface of the head containing or covered up by an organ known as the skin. A person’s face tells a lot about the person. The face is the first thing people see when they see you or should I say, the face gives the first impression of you. Never underestimate the power of a radiantly glowing skin and a beautiful smile. Your skin needs to eat just as you eat. You might be wondering what banana has to do with your skin right. We all know that banana is a sweet fruit with a yellow or green skin that is considered healthy and eaten by many.

Well, did you also know that banana is also good for the skin? Using banana as a facial mask will do your skin a whole lot of good. I normally recommend natural products because they contain fewer chemicals which are skin friendly. Lots of artificial products may have after effects.
So lets get down with this;

Banana is a good source of;
Potassium
Potassium is essential for cellular respiration. It enables the cells of the skin to respire and opens up pores.
Water
We all know that water is very essential and keeps the skin hydrated and soft. Banana contains water which will leave the skin feeling soft and smooth.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant which protects the skin against free radicals. It is also responsible for collagen production. Collagen maintains the elasticity of the skin and also prevents premature aging.
Vitamin B6
Banana contains Vitamin B6 which also prevents premature aging and prolongs the life of skin cells.
Banana is also a good source of sugars, fibers, sodium, carbohydrate and many other essential compounds.

BENEFITS
Banana facial mask can;
    •Lighten dark spots
    •Act as skin moisturizer
    •Anti acne treatment
    •Oil control
    •Prevent premature aging
