LISTEN

Listen.
To the tale of my mind
The sound of hope.
The voice of truth
You can discern
Only listen.

Listen.
To the memoirs in my eyes
You better envisage
And let your heart descry
I guess you'll simply grok
Only listen.

Listen.
To the whispers of my heart
To what I might not say
It doesn't cost a thing
Solely save the stress
Only listen.

Listen.
To my utterance for help.
The voice that is denied.
Why wait to respond.
Abate all false remark..
Only listen.

Listen...
And only understand.
You ought not speak a word.
But heed my dashing phrase
Rather than arbitrate
Only listen.

How pleasant the world would be
If people only try
To hear and comprehend
Rather than just reply
Only listen.
